At what school can I attend to learn arts and crafts?

arts and crafts
foundabear asked:

I would like to learn paper crafts, quilling, book binding, etc. The only related programs I can find in Canada are in the east coast. I live in Saskatchewan, and would like to stay here if possible.

Contact the Saskatchewan Crafts Council office in Saskatoon (I believe it’s on Broadway) and ask the advice of staff members.

Some craft shops have quilling classes, but there is no school that teachs paper quilling. Most learn it from someone that already knows it, from a quilling book, or a beginners kit. There are many Canadian quillers, some in your area. Try the Quilled Creations web site to learn more about it. Quilling supplies are available online in Canada.
